    AIP Update - November 2025

    From 27NOV2025 a new AIP will come into effect. Attached are the summary of changes. Notably some changes in terminology for instrument approaches. Ensure you update your documents if taking exams on/after this date. See https://www.airservicesaustralia.com/aip/aip.asp.

    • Hi Jonty, does this mean we need to purchase the latest AIP, or can we get by with swapping out the changes (which seem to be very small)?

      • Hi Peter, great question. You can absolutely swap those pages out. So long as you have a subscription from the AIP shop, you should have already received a small number of replacement pages in the mail with instructions on how to swap them out. Otherwise it might be best to get a new AIP with an update subscription.

      • Hey all, just wondering if you could assist in some feedback for our iPhone/Android apps. We don’t track any usage of the app due to app store policies, but would love to gauge how essential these apps are to you.
